RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
At QivoFit, we want you to love what you wear.
If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
You may request a return, refund, or exchange provided the following conditions are met:
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and original packaging are intact
- All returns and exchanges are processed after a successful quality check
Wrong or Defective Item Received?
Please email us at hello@qivofit.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos and videos showing the issue
- A clear unboxing video recorded while opening the package
⚠️ Requests raised after 48 hours, or without an unboxing video, may not be accepted.
Return & Exchange Guidelines
- Items must be returned in original condition, with tags and packaging
- Items purchased during sitewide sales or marked-down promotions are not eligible for return.
- One-time free exchange is available per order (size or product). We recommend checking the size chart carefully or reaching out to us before placing your order.
- For a second exchange on the same order, a ₹99 exchange fee applies
- All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
- Quality check is completed within 2 working days of the item reaching our warehouse
- We are not responsible for incorrect items sent back by the customer, such requests will be voided
- Exchanged products are dispatched within 5–10 working days
Refunds
Prepaid orders:
Refunds are initiated within 2 working days of QC approval and credited to the original payment method.
Please allow 7–10 working days for the amount to reflect.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
Refunds are issued as store credit only.
QivoFit reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
