At QivoFit, we want you to love what you wear. 
If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
You may request a return, refund, or exchange provided the following conditions are met:
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery
- Return pickup is free. We'll arrange a courier pickup from your address.
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and original packaging are intact
- All returns and exchanges are processed after a successful quality check

Wrong or Defective Item Received?
Please email us at hello@qivofit.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos and videos showing the issue
- A clear unboxing video recorded while opening the package
⚠️ Requests raised after 48 hours, or without an unboxing video, may not be accepted.

Return & Exchange Guidelines

- Items must be returned in original condition, with tags and packaging
- Items bought during sitewide sale events are not eligible for return. Orders using discount codes or cart offers remain eligible.
-Your first exchange on an order (size or product) is free. We recommend checking the size chart carefully or reaching out to us before placing your order.
- Further exchanges on the same order may carry a ₹99 exchange fee
- All exchanges are subject to stock availability. 
- Quality check is completed within 2 working days of the item reaching our warehouse
- We are not responsible for incorrect items sent back by the customer, such requests will be voided
- Exchanged products are dispatched within 5–10 working days

Refunds

Prepaid orders:
Refunds are initiated within 2 working days of QC approval and credited to the original payment method.
Please allow 7–10 working days for the amount to reflect.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
Refunds are transferred to your UPI ID. Once your return passes quality check, we’ll reach out to collect your UPI ID, and the refund is initiated within 2 working days of receiving it. Please note that the refund covers the product amount only. The COD charge paid at checkout is non-refundable.

QivoFit reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
